12-11-2011 Visiting NHK Cool Japan TV studio

This blog is in memory of Tatsuyuki san.

So this blog post is super duper late!

The reason why is, first I already was late and when I wanted to write about this day I found out 

that one of the producers passed away, so I felt too sad to write about the memory of him.

So this part should also be in my fashion blog, so it is posted on both

places: www.leylafashionblog.nl

So I was invited to visit and see the making of a episode of  the 

Japanese TV show Cool Japan that is being broad casted on NHK World.

The reason is because in the past I have made two videos for them, 

so they wanted to meet me in person.

The huge building of NHK is in Shibuya, 

so when we walked to the location we first got some Takoyaki for lunch.

Once we got to the entrance of the building my contact person Tatsuyuki 

already was waiting for us and he guided us into the huge building!

It felt like walking into a never ending maze.

Once we arrived in the part that is used for making Cool Japan

he introduced us to the guests who would be in today's episode.

 Of course I wanted a picture together with the two TV hosts of the show.

While I stayed in the studio to watch the episode being made my boyfriend Hennie

went up to the control room.

It was a pleasure to meet everyone and see how they work.

After visiting the studio we went for dinner.

I want to tell you that I will be going back to Japan in October!!!

11-11-2011 Harajuku and Shinjuku

This day I wanted to visit Harajuku again, 

we had lunch at Jonathan`s, this is located on one of the corners of the crossing in Harajuku.

The food was very good! 

It was very cold this day, so I wore my new gloves.

When we were in the train to Harajuku we noticed this Café,

but once we were there it was closed, I guess we have to go there next time we are in Japan.

In the evening my friends took me and my boyfriend out for dinner at Christon cafe

 It is a gothic theme cafe.

 They had a very impressive list of cocktails.

My boyfriend took the Chocolat and I too the Midnight mess,

The chocolat was not very special since it was a small amount of drink,

but the Midnight mess was very tasty.

Also their food was very good!

10-11-2011 Shinjuku day

This day we spend with walking around in Shinjuku.
There are so many nice places to visit.
And every time you will discover a new spot.

At the 7eleven I got this jelly drink for free, it is a diet thing.
But it tasted horrible!! artificial grape taste.

For lunch we had some ramen, I love eggs with ramen.

In the evening we came across this alley, it is filled with small food shops,
you only see man visiting the shops, no woman.

Although they seem to have a toilet for woman haha.

Just a nice view around Shinjuku station with the taxi's and buses.

I am sure to miss this drink, the taste is so good!
But it does give me some stomach acid.

And this was my dinner, some curry.
My boyfriend hates it, so he got something else.
So sad, every time I make this at home I have to eat it alone or invite a lot of friends to eat it with me.

09-11-2011 Harajuku and Dorothy vacance shop

This day I went to Harajuku to meetup with a friend.

And on Takeshita dori we took some lunch.

In the after noon, U-tarou had to go away and Hennie and I went to visit a shop of a friend.

07-11-2011 Shibuya and Shinjuku

This day we went to dinner with some friends at a restaurant they picked.
It was located in Shibuya, the service was super slow, but the food was good.
